Dress Code Controversy : CDCFIB Make Clarification For Oral Interview – 2024/2025 Recruitment – SIXT-MEDIA LANE
The Civil Defence, Correctional, Fire and Immigration Services Board (CDCFIB) has issued a clarification regarding the approved dress code for candidates scheduled for the Oral Interview in the ongoing 2024/2025 recruitment exercise.
According to the notice, the Oral Interview commences on 7th September 2026, and the clarification supersedes the earlier dress-code guidance following enquiries from candidates concerning acceptable attire. The notice shared by CDCFIB is also being circulated publicly online.

The Civil Defence, Correction, Fire and Immigration Services Board (CDCFIB) wishes to issue a clarification regarding the approved dress code for candidates scheduled for the Oral Interview in the ongoing 2024/2025 recruitment exercise, which commences on 7th September 2026.
This clarification supersedes the earlier one and becomes necessary following enquiries from candidates on acceptable attire.
The approved dress code is as follows:
White T-shirt with short or long sleeves. (the long sleeve is optional for ladies)
White shorts or white long trousers (the long trouser is optional for ladies)
White sneakers and white socks
Headscarf – Optional for ladies
All candidates are advised to strictly adhere to the dress code stated above. Candidates who fail to comply will not be granted access to the interview venue.
The Board wishes all candidates success in the Oral Interview.
