Celebrating Mr Daniel Agbai Ndukwe,The Man Who Turns Tears Into Smiles – SIXT-MEDIA LANE
By: Vincent Godwin
May 5, 2026, Some men chase wealth. Some chase power, but Mr Daniel Agbai Ndukwe chases smiles.
Today, as the Executive Director and President of Skimach Charity Foundation marks his birthday, thousands of widows, orphans, and vulnerable Nigerians have one more reason to thank God for the day he was born. Because to encounter Daniel Agbai Ndukwe is to remember that humanity still has a heartbeat.
A Quintessential Gentleman With a good heart, those who know him call him many names such as philanthropist, pastor, mentor, builder. But the title he answers to most is “Brother” It fits. Daniel is the brother to the brotherless, the son to the elderly, the father to the fatherless. A God-fearing and humble man, he has dedicated his entire life to one simple creed “service to God is service to humanity”
That conviction gave birth to “Skimach Charity Foundation” a non-governmental body that has become a refuge for the needy.
Under his leadership, Skimach does not do charity for cameras. It does charity for Christ. From medical outreaches in rural areas, to food banks for widows, and scholarships for children who had forgotten how to dream, the Foundation has quietly put smiles on thousands of faces.
The Joy He Derives Is in Their Smiles
Ask Mr. Ndukwe what his greatest achievement is and he will not mention plaques or titles. He will tell you about Mama Nkechi, a widow in Umuahia who danced again after Skimach rebuilt her collapsed room. He will tell you about 16-year-old Chinedu, Yusuf, Segun or Aisha who is now in the university, who once hawked pure water to feed his siblings until Skimach found him or her.
“To meet him is to know you have met a human being,” says a beneficiary in Lagos. “He listens. He prays. He acts. And he never makes you feel small.”
That is the Daniel Agbai Ndukwe difference. Excellent, humane, and focused, he brings pastoral compassion into humanitarian work. As a pastor, he preaches hope. As Skimach’s president, he delivers it.
A Birthday Worth Celebrating,
On this auspicious 5th of May, we do not just mark the birth of a man. We celebrate the birth of hope in many homes. We celebrate a driven passion that chose service over self, giving over getting, and people over publicity.
To Mr. Daniel Agbai Ndukwe: Thank you for showing us that one man’s kindness can rewrite a thousand destinies. Thank you for proving that the Gospel is not just in words, but in food parcels, school fees, hospital bills, and warm embraces.
As you add another year today, may the God you serve so passionately add to you in health, strength, and favour. May Skimach Charity Foundation grow from glory to glory, and may your life continue to be a bridge from tears to laughter.
Happy Birthday, Pastor Daniel Agbai Ndukwe.
The smiles you gave are returning to you today, in full measure.
