Delta State Gov Appoints Hon.Sebastine Okoh As MD,Delta State Signage And Advertisement Agency (DESSAA)- SIXT-MEDIA LANE

In what can be described by both stakeholders in the industry and keen political observers within and outside Delta State as a perfect incident of the round peg in a round hole, the Executive Governor of Delta State, His Excellency, Rt. Hon. Sheriff Oborevwori, has appointed the convener of ‘Ika Carnival’ and a globally acknowledged ace advertising practitioner, Hon. Sebastine Okoh, as the Managing Director, Delta State Signage And Advertisement Agency (DESSAA).
Sebastine Okoh is the Chairman and CEO of a Lagos-based business organisation known as Stiinos Limited, a giant name in the advertising and marketing industry that have been handling product activations and advertisements for multinationals across Africa.
Hon. Okoh is also the erstwhile Executive Assistant on Events Management to the immediate past Governor of Delta State, Dr Ifeanyi Okowa and former Senior Special Assistant to the Deputy Senate President (9th Assembly) on Political Matters.
Okoh is a trained marketing specialist with over 18 years experience, who on the other hand can best be described as a politically grass-rooted and tap-rooted individual, that is highly acknowledged in Ika Federal Constituency, Delta State and beyond. He has a personality that is driven by solutions, answers and philanthropy.
He is a Fellow of the Federal Institute of Public Management of Nigeria and Member, National Institute Of Marketing Of Nigeria, who holds a Masters Degree in Public Administration from the University of Benin (UNIBEN) Edo State.
The Umunede-born political phenomenon, is expected to bring in his cathedratic and charismatic wealth of experience and excellence to play in his new role.
This wonderful appointment is coming at a time that the advertising sector in Delta state requires the indispensable touch of a superman in the business.
Consequently, this development is a confirmation of the Governor’s determination to engage capable hands in running the state with him, in other to achieve a remarkable ‘MOORE Agenda’, via ‘Renewed Hope’.
