Terrorists Invades Six Villages In Sokoto, Kills Multiple Persons, Kidnap Many – SIXT-MEDIA LANE
Yesterday night, armed bandits carried out coordinated attacks on Yar Bulutu, Gajit, Alkalawa, Garin Magaji, and Damba communities all in Sabon-Birni LGA of Sokoto State. Multiple residents were killed, several others injured, and a number of people were abducted.
Local sources and community members have expressed concern that recent arrangements in neighbouring Shinkafi LGA (Zamfara State) particularly the reported truce with bandits under the Bello Turji faction, may be contributing to heightened attacks across Isa and Sabon-Birni LGAs (Sokoto State). These concerns are still based on community observations and have not yet been officially confirmed.
