Reflect On God’s Love For Humanity At Easter- DG NILDS Urges Christians
The Director General National Institute for Legislative and Democratic Studies, NILDS, Professor Abubakar Olanrewaju Sulaiman has congratulated the Christians on this year’s 2025 celebration of Easter which is to commemorate the crucifixion and resurrection of Jesus Christ.
This is contained in a felicitatory statement issued on 18th April, 2025 by his Media Adviser Mohammad Abdulkadri.
Professor Sulaiman said the celebration of Easter holidays offer ample time and opportunity for the Christians to pray for the country and it’s leadership as well as to deepen peaceful co-existence with other people irrespective of religious differences.
While wishing the entire Christians a memorable and hitch-free Easter Friday and Monday celebrations marking the death and resurrection of Jesus Christ, he urged them to reflect on God’s love for humanity and to replicate the same in their inter-personal relationships with others towards fostering good neighbourliness at all times.
